Flexible, transparent payment options at OIHS: Stripe, Wise, Flywire, and SWIFT. Learn how to pay tuition securely.

You can easily pay your Ontario International High School (OIHS) tuition fees by selecting one of the following secure methods.

## Stripe

Credit and Debit Card

You can make secure payments through Stripe using internationally accepted credit or debit cards.

A 2.9% transaction fee applies to Stripe payments.

Payments are processed through PCI-compliant secure infrastructure and confirmed instantly.

If your card currency differs, your bank may apply a foreign exchange rate difference or additional charges.

This method is fast and practical, making it ideal for families who prefer to pay directly by card.

## Flywire

Global Education Payments

A trusted platform used by many students and institutions worldwide.

Supports payments in your own currency across more than 240 countries and regions.

Accepts bank transfers, credit cards, and other local payment methods.

Provides step-by-step updates and tracking throughout the entire process.

Note: Bank transfers from Turkey are not currently supported (credit card only). We are working to enable this option.

## Wise

Transfer in Local Currency

Wise allows you to pay in your own currency using local banking methods in your country.

Approximately 1% transaction fee applies to payments made through Wise.

No additional foreign exchange rate difference is generally applied (may vary depending on your bank).

Greatly simplifies the international transfer process.

## Refund Policy

## Refund Policy

As Ontario International High School (OIHS), we are committed to conducting a transparent and fair refund process for our students and parents. Refund requests are evaluated based on the following key conditions:

### At the Start of Education

For cancellation notices submitted within 1 week of the education start date, the remaining fee will be refunded after applicable administrative deductions.

### After Education Has Begun

If a student voluntarily withdraws after starting their education, or if their enrollment is terminated due to absenteeism or disciplinary violations, a deduction will be made based on credits earned and the remaining balance will be refunded.

### Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (SWIFT or Wise) and the original paying account within 15–30 days. Bank deduction fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
