## Application Fee

To begin your journey at OIHS, all applicants must submit a non-refundable application fee of **CAD $250**.

This fee covers:

* Application processing
* Preliminary transcript evaluation
* Interview scheduling
* Personalized admission planning

Application is only reviewed upon receipt of this fee.

## Payment Methods

At OIHS, we provide flexible payment options to make the process simple and convenient:

* Major credit and debit cards
* Bank transfers (Canada & international)
* Wise (formerly TransferWise) for international payments
* Installment plans (available upon request)

### Individual Courses

* Pay in full upon registration.
* Payment required before course access is granted.

### Flexibility

* To make payments easier, we provide flexible options. All multi-course programs offer **2 installments per academic year.** Installment plans are finalized together with the acceptance letter.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### Are scholarships available?

OIHS does not currently offer scholarships.

### Are payment plans available?

Yes. We offer flexible installment plans across all diploma programs. Installment counts are set per programme: 2 installments for the Short Program, 4 for the Medium Program, and 8 for the Long Program. Full details are confirmed in your enrolment contract.

### Is there an application fee?

Yes. There is a CAD 250 non-refundable application fee. This covers the application review, transcript evaluation (PLAR), and interview coordination.
